Where has that first half term gone?

Date: 25th Oct 2024 @ 10:25am

As we reach the end of the first half term in Tolkien Class, I want to take a moment to celebrate how remarkably well all the children have settled into Year 5. It has been wonderful to see their smiling faces each day, ready to embrace new challenges. Their determination and hard work have truly shone through, with every student making admirable strides in their learning.

Next half term promises to be just as exciting! We will be gearing up for our Harvest Festival Assembly, a great opportunity for us to come together as a school community. In Science, we will delve into the properties of materials, while in History, we will explore the fascinating world of volcanoes. English will see us crafting suspenseful stories that will surely captivate our imaginations.

I encourage everyone to keep the momentum going during the half-term break. Remember to read your books, as this will undoubtedly enhance your learning and enrich your creativity. Enjoy your well-deserved break, and I look forward to seeing you all recharged and ready for another fantastic term!
