Week 6

It has been another busy week as we get closer to the end of the term.

On Wednesday afternoon we held our in class talent show auditions.  All I can say is WOW! What an incredibly talented bunch Seuss class are.  I was blown away by Finley's magic act, Akain and Rayna's piano playing, Leah, Hugo, Anaisha and Prishaa's dancing.  Then there were Seb and Leo's amazing guitar playing.  Taylor,  Amaya and Hugo's  shared their wonderful artisitc paintings and drawings. Saanvi and Aadiya's traditional song sung beautifully.  Lilian's wonderful story and Prishaa's poem. Alex's excellent jokes made us all laugh. It was incredible to watch the children share their fantastic talents and they all looked like they had a wonderful time performing to the class.   

The two acts chosen by the class were Leah and her wonderful dancing and Akain with his beautiful piano piece.  Congratulations to both of them and to all the children who performed they were all phenomenal. 

Thursday saw some children take part in a maths morning where they had to crack codes using mathematical skills.  Today some children took part in an enrichment morning where they learned some martial arts. 

Next week is our last full week before the end of term and it is a very busy one at that.   Thursday will be our trip to the pantomime and Friday is Christmas jumper day and lunch.
