Rowling Class Blog 19/01/24

What a great week we have had in Rowling. Studying the Tudors provided us with a glimpse into a historical period vastly different from our own. We looked at how the elite enjoyed luxurious living with extravagant banquets, hunting, and entertainment, while others worked in agriculture, crafts, or as servants. In science, we looked at how each planet has unique characteristics and features. Exploring these facts has deepened our understanding of the planets and expanded our curiosity about the universe. In art, we had the opportunity to explore the artistic style of Pablo Picasso's Cubism by creating a montage. I was incredibly impressed with the artwork the children produced.
