Headteacher Round Up
Date: 17th Jul 2023 @ 9:05am
On Monday, we waved our excited Year 6 children off to Stubbers for a 3 day visit and they returned on Wednesday with lots of news about their adventures! They have had a wonderful time and have learnt a range of new skills from bush-craft to archery! They have also learnt a lot about themselves, how to embrace new challenges and support others. The children enjoyed lots of other exciting and exhilarating experiences such as the laser combat, pioneering, paddleboards, dirt boarding and raft building! I can’t thank the staff who went with them enough for supporting them so that they could have the opportunity to make these brilliant memories!
We had a super Celebration Assembly this week, acknowledging lots of personal achievements: special mention for Harley (Y3) as he has signed for West Ham United Youth team-wow! I was also delighted to award our coveted Random Act of Kindness to Rory (Y5) for showing great kindness and
selflessness during a PE lesson this week-well done Rory, your friendship towards others has not gone unnoticed!
