Careers Morning

This morning we were fortunate enough to have 15 visitors came into school to talk to our children about their career. They all gave brief overviews of their day-to-day role/duties as well as speaking about their journey to where they are today; qualifications they hold and their interests. The children then had an opportunity to ask questions - and what brilliant questions they had! Everybody was so engaged and I know has taken something away with them. A huge thank you to our visitors Elsa,Phillippa, Scott, Rosie, Suzanne, Alex, Jonathon, Mike, Adam, Krystle, Hayley, Colin, Simge, Heba and Elaine. Today wouldn't have been possible without you.

We all enjoyed a brilliant Careers Day today. We enjoyed listening to visitors from lots of different professions, including a doctor, an author, a firefighter, a financial trader, project managers, a civil servant, company directors and executives and police officers. We are so grateful that they gave up their own valuable time to come into school and inspire our children with information about their work-thank you! And huge thank you to Miss Howlett for organising this inspirational curriculum enrichment!
